Volvo Brings Successful Maintenance Pickup And Delivery Service To Europe
After its successful launch in the US, Volvo’s pick-up and delivery service for valet maintenance is now being rolled out in select European markets.
The aim is to offer Volvo customers a safe and contactless way to have their cars serviced or repaired during the coronavirus pandemic.
Volvo customers can contact their dealer to make an appointment. The car will be picked up, serviced and returned from home at the agreed time. The new Volvo Valet Service also has a special app that allows customers to track their car in real time and receive notifications about the progress of the maintenance process.

Volvo will initially launch the new service in the UK, followed by Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Denmark, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal and Switzerland.
“With the Volvo Valet Service, we are offering customers the flexibility and convenience they need in these challenging times,” said Björn Annwall, Head of EMEA at Volvo Cars. “It’s a great example of how we at Volvo always put people’s wellbeing and safety at the center of everything we do.”
Volvo launched valet service earlier this year in the US, where it was a huge success for participating retailers. A similar valet service for vehicle maintenance is also offered to Volvo customers in China via the WeChat platform.
Volvo has also launched a pan-European online shopping service, which has recently been expanded to include a new live chat feature to give customers an even more personal and convenient experience.
