T.Transport and Logistics Systems (TLSS) are planning to take over the logistics service provider Cougar Express.

Cougar Express offers pickup, delivery, and storage services through its Valley Stream, NY facility. The company provides white glove delivery services for one to four people primarily in New York and New Jersey.

The transaction is expected to close no later than January 15th after due diligence and TLSS receive satisfactory business funding.

Financial details were not disclosed.

TLSS, based in Jupiter, Florida, offers logistics and transportation services through its two subsidiaries Prime EFS and ShypDirect. Prime EFS is a provider of two-person home delivery and last mile transportation to large retailers. ShypDirect offers delivery services with a fleet of tractors, vans and vans across the northeast.
