The complainant had agreed to pay 8,000 rupees for the delivery of goods in Dhamtari in Chhattisgarh. The company packed the complainant’s material in nine different boxes and shipped it from Pune on August 17, 2019. The material would reach Dhamtari in 4 to 6 days, he was told. But it came a month later and two boxes were missing.

The complainant called the company to get the missing box. But it didn’t get the correct answer. So Mopedra Kumar turned to the consumer forum for the appropriate box or compensation for it.

Mopendra Kumar was told that his boxes had gone to a customer in Nagpur. When he contacted the customer in Nagpur, he said the boxes had not arrived there. He also told the complainant that his things were also missing.
