Marcus & Millichap Appoints Denver Regional Manager
Marcus & Millichap announced that Adam Lewis has been named regional manager for the Denver office.
Prior to this appointment, Lewis was the Regional Manager for the Marcus & Millichap Portland office. He joined the Salt Lake City office in 2008 as an agent specializing in office and industrial real estate and was named Rookie of the Year that year. He moved to Portland in October 2013 to become a sales manager and was promoted to regional manager in July 2014. In 2018 he was elected Vice President. From 2018 to 2020, Adam was also the National Director of the Senior Housing Department.
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with what is already an amazing force in Denver. I look forward to building on the success and growth we have already achieved in this market and building and leveraging our local relationships in the market, ”said Lewis.
Adam was born and raised in Maryland. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Brigham Young University.
TRIO expands executive team to include luxury design media veteran Holly Scott
TRIO, one of the fastest growing design and visual merchandising companies in the country, recently announced the addition of Holly Scott, Chief Revenue Officer, to its executive team.
Scott provides over 22 years of media, sales and marketing leadership experience for a range of luxury home design media brands. As TRIO’s chief revenue officer, she will lead the company’s sales, marketing, and external communications efforts.
“Holly’s extensive executive experience and outstanding track record of growing sales will no doubt strengthen TRIO’s position in the marketplace,” said Angela Harris, CEO and Principal, TRIO. “In the last year we made a number of strategic adjustments in order to establish a real powerhouse for a C-Suite here at TRIO, with the aim of expanding our range and at the same time serving our customers in both the commercial and model house market. ”
Prior to joining TRIO, Scott was Vice President and Group Publisher for the Colorado Homes & Lifestyles and Mountain Living brands at Wiesner Media. Under her leadership, the brands embarked on a variety of strategic marketing initiatives, audience acquisitions, and industry partnerships that helped double the magazines’ revenue from 2008 to 2015.

Real estate veteran Andrew Glaser joins Increase Real Estate Services
Elevate Real Estate Services, an independent company that provides comprehensive management solutions with a personal touch and extensive real estate and asset management experience, announced this week that industry veteran Andrew Glaser has joined the company as Senior Property Manager. Glaser will take over the management and support in the areas of commercial office, retail, industrial, office condominium and flexible real estate management. In addition, he brings expertise in construction management as well as in the acquisition and sale of buildings.

Prior to Elevate, Andrew managed a 700,000 square foot office portfolio for Rise Commercial Property Services and an 800,000 square foot mixed asset portfolio in the Southeast, CBD and Lakewood submarkets. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Linguistics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also holds his Colorado Real Estate Broker license and is currently working on his RPA goal through BOMA. Andrew is trilingual and is fluent in English, Spanish and German.
Gensler sponsors six people in his Denver office
Becca Faull, LEED AP ID + C, NCIDQ, RID, Jeff Hall, LEED AP BD + C, RA and Ryan Wood were promoted to Senior Associates.
Lazy is an interior designer with over 17 years of experience focusing on corporate interiors including professional and financial services companies. She brings a unique perspective to every project. As a natural manager and employee, she consistently develops design solutions that are well thought out and yet efficient for the needs of her customers. She is also a sought-after mentor and coach for her employees.
Hall was also promoted to Director of Sustainability and has led Denver’s Sustainable Practices team since 2004. With over 20 years of experience in architecture, he is responsible for integrating climate, ecology and building design and delivery methods to achieve high performance buildings. Jeff is known for his foundations of knowledge and mentoring within the company.
Wood has been with Gensler for nine years. He leads global information technology projects that enhance the technology experience for the company’s designers and customers. His leadership and commitment are exceptional and proven throughout the company worldwide.
Megan Bateman, LEED AP ID + 100, NCIDQ; Sarah Buscarello, RA and Geoffrey Brooksher, AIA, LEED AP BD + C, RA were promoted to staff.
Bateman is an interior designer and design manager whose collaborative leadership style combined with her commitment leads to projects that exceed client expectations. She is a Fitwell ambassador and promotes health and well-being in many projects. Bateman currently serves as Gensler Denver’s Community Impact Leader, volunteer spear, and volunteer. Recent community engagement projects include a redesign of the Access Gallery and ongoing design services for the Boys and Girls Club.

Their work culminated in world class facilities in the commercial office, workplace, apartment building and aviation sectors.
Brooksher is a seasoned architect with a career spanning more than 30 years who has designed several award-winning projects ranging from commercial office buildings to educational institutions. He was also promoted to technical director. Brooksher is focused on bringing technical innovation, performance and excellence to all of its projects.
