Ola appoints Jose Pinheiro

Ola hired Jose Pinheiro as Head of Global Manufacturing and Operations for his electronics business.

In his new role, Jose will lead Ola’s ambitions to build world-class manufacturing facilities, starting with the world’s largest scooter factory and then expanding to several such facilities across India.

Jose was previously Vice President of Manufacturing at General Motors Latin America based in Sao Paulo and has over 45 years of leadership experience.

Amit Pradhan joins the cyber security company

Amit Pradhan, Vodafone Idea’s Chief Technology Security Officer (CTSO) and Chief Privacy Officer joins a leading US cyber investigation and forensic firm as director.

Pradhan has more than two decades of service and user experience Industry in areas such as telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, banking, ITES and consulting.

Before joining Vodafone Idea, he worked for around four years as SVP – Technology Security, CTSO and Chief Privacy Officer for Vodafone Idea.

Educational initiatives appoint Poornima SP

Educational Initiatives (EI) has appointed Poornima SP as Vice President of Human Resources. Poornima will be responsible for designing and implementing holistic HR policies to meet short and long term business needs, with an emphasis on talent management and development, management and leadership skills development and domain-oriented expertise.

Poornima’s previous positions were at Cisco and Intuit in their founding years in India. Before joining EI, Poornima worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Rapido.
