Digital advertising platform DAX has announced the appointment of Les Hollander as CEO for North America.

Hollander is a veteran of digital audio advertising with over 30 years of experience. He joined DAX from Spotify in March 2020, where, as Head of Global Audio Monetization, he was responsible for building the company’s digital audio monetization business through direct, programmatic and automated channels. Prior to joining Spotify, Hollander was Vice President of Ad Revenue at Pandora and held senior management positions at Gannett, CBS Radio and Clear Channel Communications.

Junge joins Quantcast
Global advertising technology company Quantcast has announced the addition of Valerie Junge as Chief People Officer (CPO) for the company.

Junge was previously Chief Human Resources Officer at Hillspire LLC, the family office of Eric and Wendy Schmidt. Prior to that, she served as the vice president of HR at several global technology companies, including Aerohive Networks, Model N, and SSL.

Havas Market is recruiting Chapplow

M&C Saatchi is promoting Kennedy
International communication network, M&C Saatchi has promoted Tom Kennedy to a newly created position as Creative Director.

Kennedy joined the M&C Saatchi Group in December 2018 and originally worked for the client agency LIDA, which merged with M&C Saatchi in January 2020. Since then, he has led a number of award-winning campaigns including Invesco’s “Times Change” and Christie’s “Own the Controversy”. .

Imagination announces two senior promotions
Experience design company, imagination announced two promotions on its EMEA senior leadership team to support its expansion and growth in the Middle East.

Adel Noueihed has been promoted from General Manager to Regional Managing Director and Elisabeth Anne will become General Manager after previously serving as Client Services Director.

Adel has led the Middle East business for the past nine years and during that time expanded operations in the United Arab Emirates and across the region to include KSA and Qatar. In his new role, he will be responsible for all new business and customer activities in the region while also heading the Imagination offices in Doha, Dubai and Riyadh.

Anne joined Imagination in 2011 as a Senior Project Manager before becoming Client Services Director in 2019. In her new position as General Manager, Anne will succeed Adel and oversee the ongoing operations of Imagination’s current Middle East hub in Dubai.
