2021 PNE Prize Home moving back to Metro Vancouver
Although the 2021 PNE fair may not return in its former glory, one of the most popular grand prize lotteries in British Columbia is back for another year.
The PNE Prize Home 2021 was unveiled on Friday, opening the trade fair’s 87th annual home lottery. For the first time in many years, the Preisheim is in Metro Vancouver.
Although personal tour of the home is limited, organizers say it’s important that the giveaway spirit stays strong. Not to mention, the Prize Home Lottery plays a huge role for the PNE.
This year’s $ 1.8 million grand prize package includes a stunning 600 square foot modern West Coast home built by Langley’s District Homes.
The 2021 PNE Prize Home is located in the Pacific on McNally Creek in South Surrey, just minutes from popular White Rock beaches.
The contemporary project is on three levels and has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The house also includes clean energy technology like an electric vehicle charger and a highly efficient heat pump.
The main level has an open space with access to a private garden. The upper floor of the house comprises a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, two further bedrooms and bathrooms and a laundry.
Interior furniture was supplied by Yaletown Interiors, while a hot tub and outdoor living package were supplied by Coast Spas Lifestyles.
The lower level of the home has an expansive exercise facility, media room, guest room, and bathroom.
All tickets purchased take part in the raffle. Additional prizes included in the 2021 PNE Prize Draw are five Chevrolet vehicles, a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, a Yaletown Interiors gift card valued at $ 10,000, and cash prizes valued at $ 100,000.
Tickets can be purchased either online or by phone.
